Returns Policy
At Yūbi we are committed to making sure our customers love their new homeware. If you wish to return your item/s, please contact us at info@yu-bi.co.uk with the reason for return, within 14 days of receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record), and we will provide the return instructions if your order is eligible for refund/replacement.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email to the email address provided at checkout to confirm.
Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Returns made will be offered a replacement or be refunded to your original payment method. If the payment was made using credit/debit card, there may be a lead time required by your bank for the refund to be processed. If you do not receive your refund within 10 working days of receiving your refund confirmation email, please contact your bank.
If the product to be replaced is discontinued or out-of-stock, it may not be possible to offer a replacement. In this case you will be refunded, if eligible.
If you request an exchange for a product that has a higher cost than the original purchase, you will be expected to place a new order and a refund will be processed for the original purchase after the new order is placed.
Any and all returns must be received in a resaleable condition within 10 working days of the authorisation of the return to be eligible for exchange or refund unless otherwise agreed by our customer service team.
Any return/refund requests made after 14 working days will not be considered.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs/fees involved with returning items unless our customer service team advise you otherwise. Returned packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team at the return address provided.
A tracked and insured delivery service must be used to return your item/s as Yūbi will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items on their way back to us.
Please be advised that any shipping/customs fees associated with orders, if applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product/s in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price.
